A private therapy practice with a website that looked completely fine, and a contact form that had not delivered a message since November.
The failure nobody sees
Patrick built his own site, paid for some listings, and waited for clients. That is what most new private practices do, and it usually works well enough. What he could not have known is that his contact form stopped working sometime in November and stayed broken through February.
Three months. The page loaded. The form submitted. The success message appeared. Nothing arrived.
This is the failure mode that does the most damage, because it produces no signal. A site that is down gets noticed in an afternoon. A site that is quietly dropping the people trying to reach you just looks like a slow season.
What I did
- Traced the submission path end to end and found where messages were being dropped
- Repaired the delivery so inquiries reach him and confirmed it with real test submissions
- Set up analytics so a future failure shows up as a number instead of a silence
What changed
Six new clients reached out in the first two weeks after the fix. Same practice, same expertise, same listings — the only thing that changed was a contact form that worked.
Estelle Digital Designs made things simple, direct, and effective to actually get the results I needed. It took only a matter of days before I was getting a handful of clients reaching out on a weekly basis.

Why it is here
The work took a fraction of the time of anything else on this page, and it is the clearest example of what I actually do. Most of what stands between a practice and the people looking for it is not a redesign. It is something small that broke without telling anyone. Finding it is the job.
